General Description

Tru by Hilton is Hilton Hotels’ newest hotel brand, and Tru by Hilton – Katy is the second Tru constructed in the Greater Houston area. Although Agave Contractors has built several multistory hotels, this project was their first to feature cast-in-place elevated decks. Agave trusted the experienced hands at Encore to get the job done. The owner was very concerned about the project’s budget. By working as a partner with the owner, Encore limited change orders to less than 1 percent, despite a major drawing revision.
